ORGANISATION «RUN4KIDS 2021»
ADMISSION FOR PARTICIPANTS/HELPERS
According to the current guidelines issued by the Federal Office of Public Health, participants aged 16 and over must present a valid COVID certificate for admission to large events.
COVID RULES/CERTIFICATE CHECKS ON 31 OCTOBER 2021
All participants must present a COVID certificate in order to take part in this year’s run4kids event on site on 31 October. Everyone must be vaccinated, have recovered or tested negative beforehand, then on the Sunday of the event, you will be required to present the official certificate (on paper or in the app) along with your ID at the entrance to the start/finish area.
START NUMBER DISTRIBUTION
Start numbers will be handed out in the start/finish area as instructed by the participating company – either at the run4kids stand or in the respective company’s tent.
Cloakrooms and lockers (please bring your own padlock with you!) are available at the nearby Tiefenbrunnen lido. Face coverings must be worn in indoor spaces. The showers are currently closed due to coronavirus.
The run will be happening between 10:30 and 12:30, with a rolling start. Anyone planning to run for the whole two hours will start at 10:30. Those wishing to run for less than 2 hours should start later. This way, we can avoid a mass start and long queues.
Family members and supporters are welcome to cheer participants on from the sidelines. Only registered runners and helpers are allowed in the start/finish area.
REFRESHMENTS FOR RUNNERS
Drinks and snacks will be available along the circuit.
The well-earned goodie bags will be handed out after the run (by the entrance to the start/finish area).
All the most important places are shown on the start/finish area location map.
The best way to travel is by public transport, preferably in your running gear: there are NO changing rooms/showers on site and only a few pay-and-display parking spaces.
FOOD & DRINK
Our partner TV Unterstrass will be offering takeaway food and drinks in the start/finish area.
